Scheduled an Oil Change, and service to be done on my car yesterday. Walked into Crown Buick/GMC, and after only being there for less than 20 minutes, was walking out heading back to work. William Hevel completed all work very quick and professionally. If anyone needs work done on/for their car, I would recommend calling this individual up. More

Very friendly and communicative. Highly recommended. Took my Pontiac G6 in to get recall work done, a key fob reprogrammed, and the tires rotated. Thank you Bill!! I had recently purchased a used car with low mileage. After having owned the car for only 3 days, I was having the check engine light come on. You c I had recently purchased a used car with low mileage. After having owned the car for only 3 days, I was having the check engine light come on. You can imagine my disappointment as I discovered my purchase was an 'as is' warranty. At the same time, there was also a vibration in the front end of the car. I brought my car in and of course discovered I needed lots of service. Bill Hevel really went to bat for me. Knowing the car was 3 days old when this started, he helped me out and Crown performed the service, only charging me about 1/5th of the total bill. I really felt like they treated me fairly and helped me out of a very unfortunate situation. I have bought 3 cars from the Crown brand, I will continue to give them my business. Thank you so much to Bill for my great experience!! More
