Thank you Bill!! I had recently purchased a used car with low mileage. After having owned the car for only 3 days, I was having the check engine light come on. You c I had recently purchased a used car with low mileage. After having owned the car for only 3 days, I was having the check engine light come on. You can imagine my disappointment as I discovered my purchase was an 'as is' warranty. At the same time, there was also a vibration in the front end of the car. I brought my car in and of course discovered I needed lots of service. Bill Hevel really went to bat for me. Knowing the car was 3 days old when this started, he helped me out and Crown performed the service, only charging me about 1/5th of the total bill. I really felt like they treated me fairly and helped me out of a very unfortunate situation. I have bought 3 cars from the Crown brand, I will continue to give them my business. Thank you so much to Bill for my great experience!! More
