Bill was great. Overall experience was good. Took some negotiating to get price of vehicle and trade in price to my satisfaction. Coffee machine didn't work :-(. The Overall experience was good. The new vehicle was delivered with the front hood heat insulation pad eaten away by rodents. New pad ordered and awaiting delivery to service department for install. William made sure I drove a few vehicles to ensure my comfort level and we reviewed packages available. My final visit we worked out the pricing and purchase options that worked best for me.
