Slow responding to texts, emails and calls. Took almost a week to complete the transaction. Asked to credit back the deposit to my credit card and was told it was no big deal I could get points Took almost a week to complete the transaction. Asked to credit back the deposit to my credit card and was told it was no big deal I could get points on my card. Later noticed only $2500 of the $2575 was taken off the balance due. When I called back I was told there was a $75 fee to put the deposit on a credit card. It would have been nice to know that when I asked to have the entire amount credited back so I could write the check for the entire amount. I don’t appreciate that kind of customer service. More
