I returned to Ferman’s service department for work on my 2009 Z4 because of the expertise and customer service that was given to me by Natalie. She is an extraordinary customer service representative! She is a rare jewel in this careless and greedy world. My husband was hospitalized with serious health problems and the Z4 was an anniversary gift to him 17 years ago. He was my 007 and the car suited him well. It had some serious issues but I sentimentally wanted to keep it and it had less than 50K miles on it. Natalie worked diligently to find good pricing on the replacement parts and the mechanics who worked on it worked with excellence. I am very grateful. I had to bring it in for another minor problem this past week. While there are “shopped” the showroom because I was thinking about replacement for another vehicle. I was considering an SUV and presto bingo! I left that evening with a beautiful new X7 40i thanks to Charlie who did not stalk nor pressure me in any way. Then Jeff guided me through the leasing process with wonderful explanation and clarity because I had never leased before. This is now the absolute best car sales experience of my life and history of purchasing luxury cars. I am delighted by all the customer service that I received from the professionals at Ferman BMW of Clearwater. Bravo to Natalie, Charlie and Jeff!!! You represent your employer well but most importantly you served this customer with a personal interest in my needs! I am a fan, and I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in!
