I went to test drive a 2012 Ford Fusion. Art Guertin came to my assistance and we went for a test drive. I indicated I would be interested in this type of vehicle. I did not really plan to buy. We l came to my assistance and we went for a test drive. I indicated I would be interested in this type of vehicle. I did not really plan to buy. We looked at a couple of models and I asked to see what they would give me for my vehicle. They gave me an excellent trade in, along with all availabe discounts. They did not have in stock what I wanted and they found one and brought it to the dealership. Everyone was friendly, helpful and most of all there was no pressure of any kind. It was so simple and friendly I decided to buy right then and there. After the sale again they called to ask if I had any questions. One of the only pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had. Lorenzo More

This is the second time in 2.5 years I have purchased a new car at Jannell. I have worked with Bill Pelligrini for both purchases and have had an exceptional experience each time. I first went to a large Ford dealer knowing exactly what I wanted only to learn that the car is not available. I went to Jannell Motors and was told by Richard Bernard and Jason Lehner that I could get the car, with the equipment I wanted, without delay. How great is this? I now realize that a successful car dealership isn't about the facility or the inventory it's about the people who are the dealership. This was again confirmed when, upon delivery, Bill Roderick instructed the staff to immediately fix a slight imperfection befor I drove off their property. Thank you, More

I went to jannell to have my fusion looked at, and ended up buying a 2012 ford escape. The customer serrvice there was great!! Everyone was so polite and great at what they do! Jannell Ford takes customer service to a whole new level. I recently went in to have some warranty work done on my wife's Lincoln and I was impressed from start to finish. Everybody was beyond friendly and p I recently went in to have some warranty work done on my wife's Lincoln and I was impressed from start to finish. Everybody was beyond friendly and professional. They fixed my vehicle and even did a free safety check which found a few other issues that were fully covered under my extended warranty. When the truck couldn't be finished same day because of a needed part, they arranged for a rental and had it waiting for me when I arrived. I am in the customer service business and appreciate quality service. Quality and happy employees make for quality customer experiences and all the Jannell employees I spoke to genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. More

Buy on-line from Jannell Ford (Hanover, MA) with peace of mind... We purchased a used van from Jannell Ford online in March this year (2011). We were finishing a 3 year assignment in Germany and we wanted t mind... We purchased a used van from Jannell Ford online in March this year (2011). We were finishing a 3 year assignment in Germany and we wanted to have the car ready when we arrived (June). The price was excellent and it was easy to get phone and on-line service from Jannell. We paid in full via a wire-transfer in March. On picking up the van we did not like some of the features on the car and on driving it - we did not feel completely OK with it. Bill understood our position - he offered some other vehicles to look at, which we did - but in the end, without any issues at all - Bill provided a full refund. We saw the car on Saturday and on Monday we had the check in full. My wife and I appreciate very much the way Bill and Jannell dealt with our situation; they did not put any pressure on us, they simply wanted to give us what we wanted. They were honorable and demonstrated that they are a very customer focused team. I would not hesitate to buy from Jannell on-line in future. Thank you. More

Bill made the purchase of my 2011 Mustang GT a pleasure. He was able to locate the exact car to my specifications that no other dealer could produce, and he did it in a timely fashion. Upon delivering the car, Bill introduced me to Roger, the Service Manager. Roger and I spoke at length about the virtues of the new Mustang GT, and he really instilled in me a sense that he knew what he was doing and I would be in good hands in the unlikely event I needed to have the car serviced for warranty reasons.
