William was great. I feel like I could have saved a little more money. They delivered what they promised. The buying experience was painless. I was running late from traffic coming from NYC they stayed open till we safely were on our way. My only complaint was the rims. It was dark so I did not notice till the next morning. I scrubbed all four wheels but what looked like cement was not coming off. I spent a couple of hours with different soaps to clean them maybe 90% . More

I will rate my salesman William Sharpe as 5 plus stars. He could not have been more helpful. While negotiating the price of the car people should be leery of the agreed price and have a copy of it. While haggling over the price a supervisor tried to change the agreed discount giving me more for my trade and giving me less of the agreed discount. In my opinion this was an attempt to pull the wool over my eyes. I would also suggest people to sell your car outright because they will not get a fair deal. Everything else at the dealer was acceptable. More

It was one of the worst experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. The issues were not the result of the salesman that ultimately delivered the vehicle since this was the 3rd salesman I had to deal with. T a vehicle.
