This is the second time I've purchased a car from Rowe. Went back to see them because my first visit was so good 9 years ago. William was great to work with. I had spent the entire day at 5 dealerships. He was very accommodating, friendly, understanding and knew what i wanted before he even recommended a car. What a great family friendly dealer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No high pressure sales tactics here, just people willing to do just about anything to find you the right vehicle. I love my new 2013 ford fusion. The people at Rowe are very nice and worked hard to get the price per month I was looking for with a good interest rate. Was shopping the web for a used car and emailed Rowe re a Hyundai on their lot. William contacted me and over about a weeks time, he had suggested several cars that might meet my criteria. I finally settled on a Santa Fe and made an offer that was accepted. My wife and I visited the dealership and met William for the first time. He was very cordial and we felt comfortable throughout the purchase. Definitely a different experience from some I have had in the past. No high pressure situations.
