The GSM and Sales Consultant worked with us to find exactly what we were looking for. The Finance Mgr. walked us through the paperwork explaining everything step by step. We inquired about an accessary for the car with the Parts Representative but didn't purchase them until we leased the vehicle. A few days later we walked into the parts department and the representative remembered us and the items we wanted and without hesitation brought them to the counter. We were introduced to Jason Burns who sat with us and talked about our concerns. we told him that we usually purchase left over cars. He talked about some that had just come from the overfill lot and took us outside. we looked at several and decided to test drive the Sonata. Decided that it was a no brainer! we needed to buy a new dependable vehicle for my wife (who drives 84 miles back and forth to work). Jason wasn't pushy at all, explained our options and we did the paperwork. we picked up the car 3 days later, on Friday. Jason came out and set up the bluetooth for us and told us not to hesitate to call with any questions. He called again on Monday to check in and see how we were enjoying the car. Very knowledgable, personable gentleman and we would definitely deal with him again!!! More
