In hindsight we paid too much for the vehicle which was being sold as new with over 800 miles on it. My research since buying the vehicle shows that usually any car over 200 miles is not considered new an being sold as new with over 800 miles on it. I do realize that this is something that I should have brought up when buying the vehicle so I do own that and will use this as a learning experience. When we bought the vehicle which was sold as new, the lane assist and adaptive cruise control features were not working. Before we had the car a week, we had to return it for this to be repaired. While under the care of the dealership there was a hailstorm which caused several thousand dollars of damage. When we were called and informed of the damage we were told that if the car would have been in the Walmart parking lot Walmart would not have been liable for the damage. I can agree with that, but had the car been sold in good working order it would not have been at the dealership and would have been safe in our garage. To their credit they are paying half of our deductible. More
