Doesn't live up to Mercedes standards I had a truly disappointing experience with the service center. Not only was I strung along and not given an honest and thorough assessment of why my I had a truly disappointing experience with the service center. Not only was I strung along and not given an honest and thorough assessment of why my 2016 C300 was taking so long to repair (in part because the technician working on my car wasn’t showing up to work), they gave me a Toyota Camry as a loaner car and only swapped it out for a Mercedes loaner when I voiced my concerns six days later. Even though my service advisor assured me that I would be “compensated” for the poor experience and excessive time it took to get my car back, the service manager Herman Diaz did absolutely nothing to earn back my trust and business. Very disappointing! I have been a Mercedes consumer since 2008 and have used Ray Catena and Benzel-Busch for my sales and service needs in the past. Those dealerships put Mercedes-Benz of Morristown to shame. Morristown is the closest Mercedes dealership, but from now on I'll travel the extra distance to another dealership that provides the level of service one expects from Mercedes. More
