Service GLC300 - exceptional Willie Caldwell at Mercedes Benz of Morristown is consistently a thorough service representative. But recently, my 2017 GLC300 had an ongoing issue w Willie Caldwell at Mercedes Benz of Morristown is consistently a thorough service representative. But recently, my 2017 GLC300 had an ongoing issue with the brakes and extremely loud screetching when in use. Though they assured me it was not a safety issue - it was not acceptable to me or my neighbors to hear the brakes with every use. Willie was a great advocate for solving the problem as well as negotiating with MB on my behalf! The service was above and beyond exceptional and I recommend contacting Willie for every MB sales or service need! More

Most horrific experience ever!!! Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle to this location. Unless you are in the mood to be nickle & dimmed and taken for a ride. I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for over 15 years and I choose this brand based on the quality of the product and the excellent service I have always received and become accustomed to. This particular location is an absolute disgrace to the brand and the employees need some strong customer service and sensitivity training. I took my vehicle in on Wed. Nov. 8th because I was experiencing some issues with cold starts in the early mornings. $153 diagnosis later, and one full day without my vehicle, I was told that my vehicle started up fine and they thought I had a problematic key fob but my car was working fine. I picked up my car on Friday Nov. 10th. and went back to work only to be stranded in an extremely cold parking lot for 2 hours due to my vehicle not starting. On sat. morning I called service specialist Willie who wasn't working that day so the receptionist took my call. I eventually got set-up with a tow company to have my vehicle transported back to the service center. The Service center closes at 1pm on sat but the tow service was backed up with orders which meant a slight delay to arrive at the center. I called and asked to speak to the manager on duty to ask for a grace period of a few minutes past 1pm and the manager (Julio) advised me that there was nothing he could do for me if my vehicle was not physically at the service center at 1pm. When I arrived at the service center at 12:57 pm Julio was quite rude and pretty much rushed me out the door. I connected with Willie my service rep once again on Mon. Nov. 13th and eventually was advised that I need to get a new key fob which would run me a non-refundable fee of $250 and my original diagnostics fee would not be applied to this amount. They key was eventually order and surprise, that didn't solve the issue. Guess what, more diagnostic dollars would have to be rang up! Mind you all this while, my service agent never offered me a loaner so I was very restricted with having to ask for rides and pay for transportation. After several calls to Willie and no response, I got fed up and walked in on Friday Nov. 17th and asked to speak to a manager. I was directed to Nelson who was very nice and professional and listened to my complaint. He physically walked back to the service area to speak with the technician and come to find out, my car had been put aside and another vehicle was made a priority. Guess my money and patronage isn't welcomed at this facility and at this point I was at their mercy with not a whole ton of options. Nelson assured me that he will get his technicians on my car right away and do their best to nail down the issue.... meaning more diagnostic expenses and still no loaner or alternate means of transportation. Fast forward to Wednesday Nov. 22nd, the issue was finally discovered and it was a relay that costs just $15.90. So $582 in diagnostic charges, $250 for a new key fob, and $15.90 for the new relay for a total of $847.90 was spent on a problem that should have cost me no more than $300 tops (2 hours of diagnostics and the cost of the relay). Like I said, the staff and management at this location do not care for or empathize with their customers and are only interested in charging you more $$$. I will NEVER return to this location. More

He makes you understand the problem and takes you through the parts and labor costs, he has a realistic approach which I admire. He was hands on and always called me to give info on what was been done, and how long it would take. When it was found that my car had multiple problems, he had the mechanic explained the details, and Willie's reassurance more than anything else, kept my mind at rest and allayed my fears! I had given up on my car, but Thanks to Willie and his crew at the Morristown Mercedes, my car is alive again!! Brenda More
