I have been visiting a lot of car dealerships in search of another vehicle. A friend of mine suggested that I visit Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram since I haven’t been successful with the other dealership of another vehicle. A friend of mine suggested that I visit Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram since I haven’t been successful with the other dealerships. I’ve owned Fords and Chevrolets in the past, so I was interest in trying something different. When I arrived at the dealership, I was approached by a very energetic young salesman named Willie Hailey. He was very pleasant and eager to answer all of my questions. Mr. Hailey went above and beyond to assist me. He took special care to address all of my concerns and I feel a lot better now about choosing the correct vehicle that will be suitable for me. When I am ready to make my purchase, I will definitely seek the assistance of Mr. Hailey. His courteous nature and professionalism is the reason why I decided to write this review. He is truly an asset to Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and I would like to give him an “excellent” rating. I look forward to having Mr. Hailey assist me with my purchase in the near future! More

The experience was better than at other dealerships I have dealt with. Willie Hailey was professional and friendly. The dealership advertised that they would guarnatee the best price, and they did. My experience at Keffer was Great!! I went in loooking for a nice SUV and Willie greeted me with a smile & provided excellent customer service. I was a little unsure whether or not to buy a new vehicle at for a nice SUV and Willie greeted me with a smile & provided excellent customer service. I was a little unsure whether or not to buy a new vehicle at the time but when I was offered a good price for a new SUV with low payments I could not turn it down. If/when I buy in the future I will return to Keffer and ask for Willie. And I will definitely recommend friends & family!!! More

I haven't purchased a car in nine years, so I was dreading go to car dealerships. I typically find myself going during the hours there would be the least amount of salesman. When I initially went to Keffer, I didn't intend to purchase a vehicle. Mr. Willie Hailey approached me while I was looking at the automobiles. He was very friendly and professional and at no time pressured me into purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Hailey was extremely helpful and continues to follow up with me since purchasing my Jeep Compass. I was very satisfied with the entire experience at Keffer. I came in looking for a very specific Jeep. Willie worked with me to get the exact Jeep I was looking for at a very competitive price. He called all the area deanships until he was able to find the Jeep I wanted at the price I wanted, within 48 hrs the car was mine. My work schedule can be a bit unpredictable so Willie took the extra time to drive out to my office and get the paperwork signed. I would recommend him very highly! More

I was skeptical about trading my car in for a new one, but my experience turned out to be great! I know that being an older woman that some salespeople can be pushy and over bearing but with Willie I fel but my experience turned out to be great! Initially, my wife and I were not interested in purchasing a vehicle. We were Just looking for near future purchasing purchases. When I initially walked into the dealership Willie greated my wife a purchasing a vehicle. We were Just looking for near future purchasing purchases. When I initially walked into the dealership Willie greated my wife and I very respectfully, with no assumptions. That was definitely a plus to us. Being Judgemental towards buyers is one thing that has always turned me away from dealerships. From beginning to end, Willie was perfect. He could easily determine what type of interests I had. The minute I layed eyes on my charger, I knew it was mine. Willie just made every step of the way as smooth as he possibly could have done. It was a great experience. no frustration needed. I would recommend Willie and this dealership to anyone, I already have! and to have my sales person continue to check up on me and how much I love my SRT8, its a great feeling. Willie cares about people, and cares for satisfaction. I appreciate doing buisness with him and in the near future I look forward to recommending more people to him. Thanks willie! More
