I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and moved here in 1985 looking for a better life. This is by far the best place I’ve ever worked. I love the people and I love my job. When I do have time off, my wife and I work on our house, cheer for our daughter at her soccer or basketball games, and on Sundays, spend time in church. It’s a wonderful life and we really feel blessed.

Wilmer, Kevin, Ralph, Noel, Kyle, Rob and staff… In a word, an impeccable team from the top down. The epitome of what it means to be customer-centric. Humble; self-aware; situationally aware; and present word, an impeccable team from the top down. The epitome of what it means to be customer-centric. Humble; self-aware; situationally aware; and present, not matter what challenges arise. This is a dealership and team that is second to none and among the best I’ve ever encountered in any business. Relationships matter from start to finish and beyond. Going the extra mile is instinctively on tap. Earning the business, in the traditional sense, is what matters most. Being a Land Rover customer and loyalist for nearly 25 years, the switch to Otto’s clearly was about 20 years too late. Ralph earned our business in the first 20 mins, notwithstanding our lack of experience with BMW. His highly personable nature, strong knowledge, acute listening skills, patience and extreme kindness, made decision-making easy and flawless. Backed by a highly competent and equally personable leadership team - Wilmer & Kevin - it’s hard to believe this dealership escaped us for so long. Certainly not their fault. I own that mishap due to my own misguided hope that two decades of loyalty would mean something when I was constantly reminded how little it mattered. It’s clear that we’re in the right place now. Noel closed the loop on finishes, extras to protect our investment and the paper work needed to get us on the road expediently, with the utmost of ease and clarity, and the confidence of knowing that nothing was overlooked. The team at Otto’s checks every box and then some. Strong positive relationships, excellence all around, transparency and service with far more than a smile. Rob and Kyle proved over and over again, without ever saying the words - “You made the right decision to come to Otto’s and to switch to BMW.” Implicit in our encounters and explicit in their actions - “We care about you, Our Customer. We’ll work hard to earn and keep your business. We’ll always find solutions that meet your needs and always bring our best effort to each and every interaction.” It’s no surprise that Otto’s is so successful. Leadership, humility and an unrelenting focus on the customer, backed by a staff that, from the time you enter the dealership to the very last car you drive (my impression based on our extraordinary experiences), the customer matters most. Loyalty is a privilege. Otto’s has earned ours! We’re looking forward to our next new vehicle which - although it’s coming 6 years sooner than we had initially planned and 4 months after our first BMW - has everything to do with Otto’s extraordinary service, their top down commitment and our trust!
