Great Car; Wilson to the rescue I love my car but my salesperson was slimy. Sean acted like he was doing me a favor and making me a good deal but kept trying to cut me a side deal an I love my car but my salesperson was slimy. Sean acted like he was doing me a favor and making me a good deal but kept trying to cut me a side deal and buy my car for cash “for his dad”. Offered $500 on trade in or $1000 cash that he would give me to put on my trade in. Once it was time to do paperwork, of course, he didn’t have the cash and offered to transfer his “Ford cash”. I just couldn’t mention our deal in the office. This is when I knew he was a cheater. I waited until he had all my paperwork made up then told him I would be keeping my car. After that he magically took $500 off because he wanted to take care of me. Sean didn’t even stay until I signed my papers, didn’t setup my Onstar. He was nowhere to be found and I appreciate his coworkers making excuses for him. I’m convinced I didn’t get the best rate I could but I HAD to get a car so I did what I had to do. Really regretting having not come the day before to meet Wilson (got stuck at Crest Nissan). Wilson took over after I got my keys. Setup my onstar and answered a lot of my questions. Wilson took my call later and arranged for my windshield repair. He seems to operate with much more integrity than Sean. Wilson is who you want representing your dealership. Sean is a liability. I will be sharing this feedback with my credit unions auto purchase program as well as my company is auto purchase program both of which endorsed is this dealership and located this car. More
