I was a Perry Buick Customer and when they closed I received a letter from Southern welcoming me as a customer to receive free oil changes and state inspections for life. However each time you employ received a letter from Southern welcoming me as a customer to receive free oil changes and state inspections for life. However each time you employ new customer Reps in your service department they harass me and threaten that I am not eligible for these services since I did not buy my vehicle from Southern. I have been bringing my car to Southern since 2019 and getting my oil changed and inspections. Fortunately I have not experienced any problems with my 2015 Encore so I have not had the need for another services from you service department. I hope you will continue to honor the promise you extended to Perry Buick Customers More
