Unlike other dealerships that I have been to I will most certainly recommend they come over to Continental Toyota to learn what real customer service really is. Wisam I can't say enough of his kindness towards me that made me feel wanted and appreciated,he was professional courteous and respectful,he checked up on me at least every half hour and asked me each time if I wanted coffee or water. Aby with boundless energy smiling all the time was kind and courteous and respectful,I won't be surprised if she ends up in sales where she belongs. Ste in service is like a 4 star general, multi tasking he's positive energy is contagious. Mark the finance manager was professional and courteous, unfortunately and am sorry to say this my financing took way too long and I must also say that it was not entirely Mark's fault maybe 50 percent because I was at the dealership for over 6 hours however I wish he had checked up on me at least once like Wisam did to keep me updated about the process still Mark am sure is a really nice guy. Again Kendra was awesome The dealership was clean and well maintained bathrooms were clean and well maintained I will most certainly recommend to anyone I come in contact with I am that impressed with the service I received there. More

Very friendly sales representatives, Wisam Othman was very professional and easy to work with. We were able to find my dream car thanks to him. He walk with us thru the process from the vehicle itself to very professional and easy to work with. We were able to find my dream car thanks to him. I highly recommend to give this location and their team a try if they don’t have the car they will definitely will look for yours. It’s family own I believe which makes me feel welcome. I walked into the Toyota of Countryside to look for a vehicle considering we were past customers there. Sam greeted me almost immediately and took care of my every need right till the very end.
