I should have paid more attention but was not expecting to be taken advantage of in such an extreme manner! I went in and sat down with them to go over the numbers when I went to pick the car up. (I was having surgery the next morning and didn't drive at night, so I left it there.) The car was offered to me with $5k in Serra cash at the beginning of the deal but that came up missing, they are like "What cash incentive?" the next day, of course, it was gone from the website since they marked it as sold but it was on every other identical vehicle. Also, the purchase price of the car was $4k more than it started out being on the sticker price (when the deal was done). They said they had to do it that night of the signing to make the numbers work to give me more on my trade in....I'd saw this done before and believed them. It was late and we'd been there for hours, and they knew I needed to get out since I had to be at the hospital extremely early the next morning....so they just absolutely took advantage of that. I had said flat out that I WOULD NOT trade my car in for such a low value under any circumstance, so they told me they would give me an additional $2000. That was low but acceptable. When we went over the paperwork and I saw they hadn't given me the extra $2000 and had overcharged for the car, didn't give me the $5000 in incentives, I couldn't back out and couldn't even keep my car. They told me they couldn't even let me pay cash to keep it. It didn't matter to them, I'd already signed the paperwork in good faith and thought it would be what we agreed on and they knew there was nothing I could do and made no effort to make the agreed upon deal. They promised more, to get me to sign and I was dumb enough to believe I was getting the agreed deal. All in all it looks like they took me for at least $10k!!! I'll never do business with them again. The car is so far over the retail price that no one will refinance it and I have great credit!!! :( More

I looked at a Nissan rogue, I was told about it, but important information was not discussed with me. I did actually buy the car but when I looked at the carfax report there were discrepancies in the re important information was not discussed with me. One which was over 1000.00 miles at services.the car was registered at just over 35 k and the jump to over 100 k and beck down again was not good To many parts had to be replaced close together. I had left the car over night for clean up and an alignment also, when I came back the next day and discussed my concerns, the agent looked into it, came back and did the said the sale was voided !!! I do have the paperwork , I did not give them my part. I won’t go be going to Nissan again when treated like this. i feel I was being taken advantage of because I am an older lady and was pressured fairly hard on this. More

I had an extremely important appt the next morning and it was late, so they just took advantage of that. If I hadn't said flat out that I WOULD NOT trade my car in for such a low value and they promised more, I'd have loved the new car. Looks like they took me for at least $7-9k over the agreed deal.
