I drove a long distance to get a new Venza from this dealer because they were the only ones who had the car I wanted. They knew that I wasn't going to leave in my Subaru Outback, so they gave me a low dealer because they were the only ones who had the car I wanted. They knew that I wasn't going to leave in my Subaru Outback, so they gave me a low trade-in allowance for it rather than a fair KBB value. I had to beg to get an additional $500 which was still $1000 less than what I was expecting. On the plus side, Tom Eusey was very nice to work with and he had the car ready for me when I arrived. Unfortunately, the Finance person was slow to get the paperwork ready, so it was 2.5 hours before I could drive away with the Venza. The car is as good as I hoped it would be, and I am glad I bought it. I only wish that I didn't have to pay so much for it. More
