Our salesman, Michael Ball, was fantastic. He admitted he hadn’t sold one of these before, so we all embarked on an educational journey together. It was like the blind leading the blind… but with a lot more horsepower and zero emissions. Sales manager Sam Martin kept things running smoothly, and Xavier in finance made sure we didn’t have to sell a kidney to afford our new EV. Low pressure, high professionalism, and no awkward sales gimmicks—just great service from start to finish. This is our second purchase from Ed Martin Toyota, and we love their service center so much that we willingly drive from the south side of town to Noblesville for all our car needs.
