Xavier was a great representative, he checked me in, I had an appointment, told me 1-1.5 hours for an oil change, and my car was turned around in 45 minutes. Mid way through I was suggested through text to get a new cabin filter, but I changed that 3 months ago myself, I denied the order and they continued with what I originally came in for. I’ve had the pleasure of working Xavier Walker as my service advisor for the last few years for my car. Not only is he the most helpful service advisor I’ve ever had but he really does care for you as a service advisor for the last few years for my car. Not only is he the most helpful service advisor I’ve ever had but he really does care for you as a customer. It almost feels like you are family when you work with him. He goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is in the absolute best shape it could be in when it is time for you to pick it up. Satisfactory Service. I felt like a number. I felt more like I was just hearded through the process for service A. I suppose it's what's to be expected from a high volume I felt like a number. Oh, and lastly, they have a $6.00 "shop fee" that you are not informed about until at the end when you go to the cashier. No one was able to explain what it was for. Their responses led me to believe even they don't know. It sounded like a mumbled "It is what it is". More
