We take allegations of this nature very seriously. To clarify, it is not possible to physically alter a cash receipt in our system. Additionally, the customer’s deposit was refunded in the form of a check, which provides a verifiable record that funds were returned properly. At no time was this vehicle represented as “flooded,” and we would welcome any proof to support that claim. Regarding tax fraud, we have documentation that the paystubs provided were not valid, which was confirmed directly by the company in question. Our team does not and would never engage in falsifying records, identity theft, or physical aggression toward a customer. We value transparency and integrity in every transaction, and we are happy to review this matter further with you directly.
