I brought my new truck in for the first time to Sheehan Buick GMC. My Service Advisor was Josh and he was outstanding. Josh explained the process and had my vehicle back to me in no time. The serviceman wild not acknowledge me when I came in to pick up my car while he talked endlessly on the phone. I asked someone to help me and finally another serviceman told me to go to the cashier. He s pick up my car while he talked endlessly on the phone. I asked someone to help me and finally another serviceman told me to go to the cashier. He still remained on the phone. The bill was higher than he originally quoted due to “miscellaneous” charges. Very disappointed in Sheehan. More

Nemo was wonderful! ! We came in December to look at the encore and he spent quite awhile with my husband and I. We had some business to take care of and said we would ! We came in December to look at the encore and he spent quite awhile with my husband and I. We had some business to take care of and said we would be back. Nemo did call and text me a couple of times, but wasn’t a bother. Yesterday we bought the encore!! The dealer manager was a pleasure to deal with also. The showroom was neat as a pin, my husband made a comment about it. I M going to spread the word how terrific Sheehan Buick is. Thank you More
