I thought I was going in for a relatively simple issue (service TPM system).. I arrived at 7:15... Between 12:00 and 2:00 I had to ask a staff member twice about the status of my vehicle even though the service supervisor had texted me and I returned his text with the same inquiry... Very good service. Took van in for a recall. The work was completed sooner than expected. Getting a rental car takes a long time. They should have a car at the deal Took van in for a recall.
