I would like to extend my sincere thank you to an awesome team of guys from start to finish. Scott, Yafet, Amir and Jonathan. These are the men that I had the opportunity to help assist me in purchasing my team of guys from start to finish. Scott, Yafet, Amir and Jonathan. These are the men that I had the opportunity to help assist me in purchasing my 2026 Kia Sportage Wolf gray vehicle. I had been to numerous dealerships throughout my search and once I came here to Southwest Kia, service was phenomenon. First time entry, I was welcomed in not only by young lady at front desk, but to everyone I passed by. Yafet took the time and assisted my 85 year old mother with a cup of hot chocolate, small actions says a lot. I will be referring others to this location. This team rocks! More

*** BUYER BEWARE *** illegal / Unfair sales tactics bait and switch alerts Dealership ( Sales manager Scott) are actively ripping off customers. I needed a vehicle in an emergency situation. I found a certi and switch alerts Dealership ( Sales manager Scott) are actively ripping off customers. I needed a vehicle in an emergency situation. I found a certified Pre-owned vehicle here that I could afford. (CPO via Kia, Carfax, and the dealerships listing). From the minute we got there shifty behavior started. after they "somehow" tried to show us the wrong vehicle then they attempted to charge us more money than advertised for the certified preowned. they said "oh no. it's not Certified, it's "certifiable" if you pay the additional cost. " Any car listed and advertised as a CPO is for that price listed, not a way for shifty dealerships to line their pockets on unsuspecting customers. i attempted to contact the dealership to discuss this and they (Scott) got mad and unprofessional instead of attempting to change their illegal behavior. please!! do not go here and get taken advantage of. More
