This was our second vehicle within a year that we purchased from Tynan’s. The process both times was seamless. Much of that was due to our salesman Yasha. Tynan’s gave me a great a trade in price for my 2015 Tundra making it difficult to refuse their offer and my decision to buy a 2025 Nissan Frontier. However, it has now been almost four weeks since the Tundra making it difficult to refuse their offer and my decision to buy a 2025 Nissan Frontier. However, it has now been almost four weeks since the purchase and the dealership has not done a follow up to see how I like the vehicle or how it’s performing, etc.. With that said, there were a couple of items I had forgotten to retrieve from my trade in (Tundra) before leaving. A couple of days after I realized I was missing those items I contacted the dealership and had asked the dealership to see it were possible for them to get those items back, but unfortunately it was not going to happen the since the vehicle was sent somewhere else making it difficult for them to check. My recommendation to Tynan’s for improving customer service….have someone comb thru the vehicle to verify/confirm there are not any personal items remaining in the vehicle being traded. More
