No follow through, Customer service in finance is horrible I traded two vehicles in on 3/5, they did not pay off these trades until late April, causing issues with my credit score affecting my home refinance. I called over and over, they kept promising me that the payoffs would be made, a lot of empty promises and no returned phone calls. I will never do business with them again, as they clearly do not care about the customer, just making the sale. More

Made an appointment for Tune-Up I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. MS CARLA SAID I COULD BRING IT IN AFTER 1:00 PM I DID. SHE DID MY PAPER WORK. SHE CALLED ME BACK ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AND TOLD ME MY CAR WAS READY. WHEN I GOT THERE, MY CAR WAS ALREADY OUTSIDE WAITING FOR ME. I CHECKED OUT AND WAS BACK TO WORK IN NO TIME AT ALL.
