This woman whose name is Grace, called and left voice messages, emails and even letters through the mail. She wanted my car which I am sure you send everyone who leases a car. She said if I was willing to rerun the car before the lease was up, they would keep the same monthly payments and she even mentioned an upgrade. Nothing like that happened at all. Yoelis Fernandez was a gentleman and tried his best to keep the monthly payments down, but supposedly she's his boss. I even brought in the letter in to show what it said, but nothing came from it.

Checking in was very easy. I was taken at my appointment time. Everyone was very professional and nice. The waiting area was clean and large enough that I was comfortable sit I was taken at my appointment time. Everyone was very professional and nice. When I checked out and asked who worked on my car because I wanted to tip them, they seemed very surprised. The mechanic was very humble and appreciative of my tip. It made me feel like others do not tip, but to me, it customary to tip the mechanic that worked on my car. I had a great experience with Toyota of Huntington Service. More
