Over all very unpleased with this experience. The car was disgusting, sales associate agreed they would clean it. The car had a ton of dog car, slobber, and dirt all over. Well when we took position of the vehicle it was barley cleaned, still had a ton of dog hair and dirt all over. Then there was multiple problems with finance department, it took 2 hours just to be seen, we sat around for 2 whole hours. We honestly was about to get up and leave at this point. The communication the entire time was very poor and confusing. Multiple people would jump in and out of a conversation when they had no idea what the conversation was. I will never buy from this dealership again. More
