This all started out with a few service trips to their dealership for our Toyota Avalon. I was impressed back then with TCP's attention to detail, hospitality, cleanliness, communication and genuine care dealership for our Toyota Avalon. I was impressed back then with TCP's attention to detail, hospitality, cleanliness, communication and genuine care and concern for me as a customer - which stands out and apart from other ATX dealers. Flash forward five years to yesterday, and my wife and I are now proud owners of a new 2023 Highlander Platinum! A true 5-star buying experience, thanks to Paul Delgado, Yolanda (delivery) and Chad (financing). We were informed and guided along the way - never felt pressure or rushed. We were impressed by the genuine helpfulness of every single employee who we came into contact with. Simply put, this was our absolute best car buying experience ever. More

From the moment we got out of the car, pulling into the parking lot, we were greeted with friendly staff, and from that point forward, all the way through the buying of my car , everyone there at Toyota w parking lot, we were greeted with friendly staff, and from that point forward, all the way through the buying of my car , everyone there at Toyota was professional, friendly, going over and beyond to take care of me and my needs and desires for buying a car !!
