Pembroke Pines Lexus is in a league of their own. this is the 3rd Lexus I lease and it’s always a great experience to work with them. I had the pleasure of working with Sales associate Yomar Contreras. 3 mon the 3rd Lexus I lease and it’s always a great experience to work with them. I had the pleasure of working with Sales associate Yomar Contreras. 3 months working with him and can’t ask for a better Sales person. He knew all the answers to my questions and also helped me on his days off numerous times. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s promoted to a higher position with the Lexus family, it would be well deserved. I also want to thank Frank Marsala, I don’t know his exact position but he’s a Manager and a very helpful individual. H was also there every step of the way. Thanks to the entire Lexus team. See you guys in about 36 months for round 4. this is for anyone shopping for a Lexus vehicle, do yourself a favor, make your way over to Lexis of Pembroke Pines and ask for Yomar or Frank. When I got there I never had a chance to look at the cars that I had sent in advance to look at also the finance gentleman was very quick to process my paperwork was however was getting aggravated when I wou that I had sent in advance to look at also the finance gentleman was very quick to process my paperwork was however was getting aggravated when I would ask a question and clarify that the documents I was signing he did not include all of the documents that I requested to have a copy of in my envelope I had to make a second trip back to pick up that information. The car that I purchased had a few issues on it there were scratches and dents on the vehicle that if I were given an opportunity to further look at the car I would have identified. I will say once I got home and saw the scratches yomar worked with me to get the problem resolved and they fix my issue however if I was given more time and not rush through the process there would not have been an issue to fix. I did not receive a fair Kelley blue book price for my vehicle. And believe that I was overcharged. More
