I had the pleasure of working with Yordanys Perez - BMW Service Advisor at BMW of Sudbury. I can say that I’ve been too my local dealer multiple times and it’s always a dreaded situation, the last BMW deal Service Advisor at BMW of Sudbury. I can say that I’ve been too my local dealer multiple times and it’s always a dreaded situation, the last BMW dealership, I went to put my tire on inside out, making it hard for me to trust them. I decided to give Sudbury a chance, and Yodanys did not disappoint . Yordanys Kept me informed of the status of my tires and even the little video of the multi inspection from Francisco the technician was amazing!! Him showing me my tires, how I needed an alignment because they were wearing unevenly was great.
