I wanted to give zero stars but it wasn't available. I keep trying to get service at this location due to convenience but they are so incompetent I will be driving 45 minutes to the next location in ord I keep trying to get service at this location due to convenience but they are so incompetent I will be driving 45 minutes to the next location in order to avoid BMW of Sudbury service. In the most recent example, they called and left a voicemail to get me to have a recall done there. I called back and left a message; no response. I called a week later and left another message; no response. I called the main line several times but they don't answer the phone (EVER!). So I booked an appointment online for the recall. I specified that I was just bringing it in for a recall. When I dropped off the car, I again specified that I was only there for a recall. 6 hours later they sent a text stating that they don't have the parts to perform the recall work. When I explained what happened, all they said was "sorry". I then asked when I could pick up the car and there was never a response so I literally had to go there, find it on my own, and take it. It wasn't even washed! What a pain. Since they don't give loaners, I had to get a ride both times (both ways) and borrow a car to get to work. Don't bother calling BMW of Subury - there are several other dealerships (you may have to drive but it's worth it for your sanity) and an independent shop in Lexington that is fantastic. More

Our X3 was called back for an issue that could have been a fire danger. It was taken care of promptly and without hassle.
