Terrible Customer Service Experience. Once they have sold you the car, you are not getting any service. They will hang up on you if you have any issues. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Ana I felt very comfortable, however when I explained that I was merely looking at my options I felt pressured to buy. The manager than came over and Ana I felt very comfortable, however when I explained that I was merely looking at my options I felt pressured to buy. The manager than came over and literately told me that if I don’t buy I wasted their time, not considering the time I spent there. I might have gotten a better deal from another dealership but they sat there and wouldn’t give me my car keys back. I did purchase the Jeep and the paperwork I gave them was not sufficient after I asked them repeatedly if they wanted me to go and handle the paperwork at the DMV. They did not want that because they did not want me to leave without purchasing the car. In the end I told them I was returning the car and I wanted my car back. That was when they finally resolved the issue that I was more than willing to fix myself. I would not recommend Aventura Chrysler Jeep to anyone to be honest. I want to walk into somewhere that I am looking to purchase something and not be accosted and then pretty much held hostage by a group of people that have no idea what they are doing right or wrong. More
