Totaled my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited went into the dealership on February 7th 2022 spoke with Alberto about replacing my Jeep, he quoted me a sales price $7,000 more than the MSRP of the Jeep I was pu dealership on February 7th 2022 spoke with Alberto about replacing my Jeep, he quoted me a sales price $7,000 more than the MSRP of the Jeep I was purchasing and told me it was a flat rate that every dealer charged it in the state of Florida. Which was not true it was a bunch of dealer fees that they added on to the cost because of the shortage of inventory. Very rude on the telephone did not have a clue of what was going on as far as incentives and pricing had to keep running into the sales manager office totally unprofessional. I am a employee for the state and I can assure you none of my employees will be coming here to purchase a vehicle! More

Awesome Dealer! I had a great experience purchasing a truck from Aventura Chrysler Jeep. Not only were they friendly and help me find the exact vehicle that I wanted, but my wife lost her phone during on truck from Aventura Chrysler Jeep. Not only were they friendly and help me find the exact vehicle that I wanted, but my wife lost her phone during one of our test drives and the entire team including our sales guy Alexander and his Manager Patrick did not stop looking for the phone until they found it. To make matters worst it was pouring rain. They went far and beyond great customer service. I would definitely but from this dealer again! More

I have been forced to file a dealer complaint directly with Ram corporate office against this dealership due to shady business practices. On 12/14/2021: I went to the dealer to buy a brand new 2022 Dod with Ram corporate office against this dealership due to shady business practices. On 12/14/2021: I went to the dealer to buy a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 2500. I was informed that the car was not on the lot, that it was in transit to the dealership and so I made a sales contract for this vehicle. On the following day 12/15/2021 I returned to the dealer with a complaint that the contract was unfair and I would like to redo it under more favorable rates. They advised me to come the following day to speak with the Finance Director Paul Stern, and so I did return on 12/16/2021 to speak to him. He informed me that the contract could NOT be cancelled, as it has already been cashed with Chase bank. At this point I explained to him that it wasn't possible to do that since I have not taken possession of the vehicle due to the fact that it is still in transit to the dealership, so there is no way they could have finalized my contract. He continued by saying there was nothing he could do so I proceeded to speak to the Sales Manager Yosvany Alvarez in regards to this problem. He also explained to me that there was nothing he could do. Soon after I left the dealership and called the General Manager Oren Cohen, He also explained to me that the contract could not be cancelled. I explained to him that I have been in contact with another Finance Manager that advised me that so long as I did not have possession of the vehicle, the contract could NOT be cashed in. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do. I explained that I would be getting my lawyers involved in the matter, that I am aware they are breaking a recognized, nation wide law. He proceeded to tell me to "Go ahead, you have a right to be informed." Following that I contacted Ram Corporate Office and I explained to them the situation. They informed me that they do not understand why they are refusing to cancel my contract, that I have a right to do so and told me they would be filing a dealer complain against the dealership at Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. At this point I am in contact with my Lawyer in regards to this matter, I hope that this issue can be resolved without having to take this case to court. More
