Took two weeks on what was supposed to be a three day job. Even after I called to confirm the size of the loaner vehicle multiple times, they failed to provide a loaner vehicle that was the size they sai job. Even after I called to confirm the size of the loaner vehicle multiple times, they failed to provide a loaner vehicle that was the size they said they would have for me, and instead gave me a loaner that was too small for me to drive my children around in.
