WET CAR INSIDE & OUT. BAD BAD SERVICE AT THE SERVICE SECTION ,I TOOK MY 4TH CAR THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM IN THE LAST 4 YEARS FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND A QUICK CHECK UP. I DID NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE ,AND IT WAS RAINING IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR IT WAS PARKED OUT SIDE AND THE BACK WINDOW WAS LEFT DOWN AND THE CAR WAS SOAKED WET THE SEAT AND THE FLOOR MATS . I TOLD THE CASHIER THIS IS NOT WRIHGT AND IWAS VERY MAD AND LEFT, BUT TOLD HER TO HAVE THE SERVICE MANAGER CALL ME AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL . THE SERVICE ADVISOR WHO IS NOT MY REGULAR ONE CALLED AND SAID HE WAS SORRY AND HE HE WILL HAVE THE MANAGER CALL ME,BUT NO ONE CALLED . WHEN THE ADVISOR CALLED ME TO TELL ME ABOUT WHAT THE CAR NEEDS AS RECOMENDED REPAIRS I TOLD HIM THE WINDOWS SOMETIMES GET STUCK AND HE HAS TO WIGGLE THE BUTTON TO MAKE IT WORK AND I MADE SURE TO TELL HIM THAT PLEASE ROLL THE BACK WINDOW UP AND HE SAID THEY WILL, BUT WHAT CAN WE SAY . Yousef Abdullah and the sales manager JP were honest and fair and helped us purchase the car that we wanted. We NEVER felt pressured from our finance guy Connor, to add extras, instead, we were informed of what exactly the dealer offered and why we should consider adding on to the vehicle. We got a great car at a fair price. Yousef is a pro, we kept in touch since our last purchase and he was great explaining all the tech to us. Just to sell a car, absurd This dealership put my wife and daughter in danger just to sell a car. During Covid 19 I had called the dealership to confirm they had the intended c This dealership put my wife and daughter in danger just to sell a car. During Covid 19 I had called the dealership to confirm they had the intended car. I gave them the stock number and the vin number and they confirmed they had the card but could not deliver the car to the house. I told them my wife and daughter would come to the dealership to look at the car but would not be able to go inside or be near anyone as my wife has immune issues. Upon arrival the car they brought up was not the car we had looked at and then seemingly could not find the car anywhere. My wife and daughter agreed to go on a test drive and then again asked to see the card that was requested. They were told the car was not at the dealership and then were told several times they needed to come inside and do paperwork and they could get the car there within the next day or two. My wife and daughter declined but were repeatedly told that they needed to do paperwork in order to get the car. To put someones life in danger like this is ridiculous. I had previously purchased a car from this dealership and will never do so again. More
