This was a very disappointing experience. I found our truck on Car Gurus with a listed price that we were happy with (close to what we paid for 2 other trucks, same make and model within 1 ye I found our truck on Car Gurus with a listed price that we were happy with (close to what we paid for 2 other trucks, same make and model within 1 year of the age of the trucks we purchased). We reached out and were provided with a sales form showing more than $10,000 over the listed price. There were 3 items added to the bill that we disputed and were told that the disclosure for these fees was on their website. That's all well and good but I didn't find the truck on their website. When I told the sales rep that I wanted those fees removed because I felt they were underhanded in the way the additional fees were presented. He told me they are not responsible for what Car Gurus posts with regard to their vehicles for sale. We negotiated and were ready to make the deal when someone stepped in and told us we had to pay another $3000 if we wanted the truck. We reluctantly agreed and headed over to the dealership. While we were there, we witnessed another sales rep giving a load of PURE BALONEY to some parents buying a car for their daughter. 4 trips to finance and 4 different sales pitches every time he came back making comments like. "You're good people so we want to work with you" "We like you so we want to make this deal work for you" Just stop with and be real with your customers. When we got to the finance department to sign the paperwork and pay, there was no conversation, we felt like he just wanted us gone. When the paperwork was done, he handed us our tag and said the truck is outside. NO ONE walked us out to our new truck as they normally do. When we got to the truck, there were no floor mats and ALL of the inserts for the cup holders and other small storage spots in the console were gone. They didn't even give us screws to put our tag on our truck, we had to take them from another vehicle nearby. We have purchased 2 other trucks cash this year and did not get this type of shady business from either of the 2 dealerships we worked with. To top it off, they kept calling and emailing us for 2 days after we purchased the truck asking if we were still interested in purchasing the truck we just bought. No way would I ever consider another purchase from this dealership. I'm shocked after reading other reviews that we were treated this way. More

Don't Buy Here ! if you don't want OVER PAID for a Car over $7000, Plus Crazy Taxes and a Bunch of Dealer fees , The Advantage Warranty is a SCAM I read the policy an if you don't want OVER PAID for a Car over $7000, Plus Crazy Taxes and a Bunch of Dealer fees , The Advantage Warranty is a SCAM I read the policy and Clearly they will not cover 100% as they claim in any car over 5 years old or 60K and the warranty company "Truwarranty" will find any little excuse to not paid you when you need to use the Warranty ,Check the BBB complaints ,The car that I was looking to buy is 7 years Old and 64,700 miles on and they do not sell the car even I offer top Book Value prices Just because they want sell me this Fraudulent Warranty that will never cover this car as per the policy they send me. In top of that this dealer charge for every little thing Worse Dealer ever, rude Personal, Here they don't sell a car they want sells a Fraudulent warranty for $7000 that you never will take advantage of. Dealer sales associates are Con Artists! ! I saw a used Honda Accord on their website and it was listed as a trade in and listed for sale.... so I call and inquire about the car, its history ! I explained to the Sales Rep. Yousef Abdullah that I will be buying a car for my elderly father who is 74 YOA and that I'll be coming from West Palm Beach to purchase the vehicle. So we bargain out the sales price and I rent a car, one way from WPB to TPA so that I can drive the purchased vehicle back to WPB. I've pestered and reiterated to the sales rep of my situation and asked all the pertinent questions regarding the vehicle, history, ownership, service records, accidents and even the carfax. Yousef stated that I was an one owner car and that he took it in himself as a trade himself the previous day saying that there was no damage and or indication of accidents. So I headed out to the dealer, early the next morning from WPB, driving for 5 hours to get to the dealer, and upon my own inspection of the Accord, their was sprayed paint on the rear right fender/bumper. The front right wheel well plastic cover was missing and there was damage to the front bumper and frame. When I pointed it out to Yousef, he stated that he's only a sales rep and not a mechanic or vehicle inspector. I was very upset at the fact they he or his sales supervisor Tony did not divulge this information to me. I further inspected the car and clearly there was a sticker of some collision center near TAmpa Bay where the car was repaired by them, it was on the driver door jamb of where the VIN and tire pressure measurements can be found. These sales reps and supervisors are nothing but shameless, money hungry individuals who prey on individuals buying cars from them! They not only cover up used damaged cars, but outright lie to you in your face. CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE! They couldn't even save fave when confronted. I then demanded them to reimburse me for the rental vehicle and the gas used to travel to them. Horrible sales reps and bunch of liars!!!!! More
