Yuri was great. He respectfully negotiated a deal with us.. I feel he remained fair, honest, and knowledgeable.. My only ask, would be for the 2 to work together with you.. we spent so much time getting to a favorable deal with Yuri.. a number in mind that felt comfortable.. but then once you add in all the finance, tax and options.. the number you felt that you had agreed upon is far off.. next time I would prefer to see the real bottom line, from finance before I agree on the terms.. I will plan to spend all day, bring a meal with me and understand that I might want to start over a few times before I get the deal I really really want… Not at all a negative on Yuri nor Christy. They were both kind and pro.. I personally don’t enjoy sales nor negotiating..None of this would prevent me from recommending Bob Baker😃 I love my new car, am proud to own a Subaru. I plan to spend many years in this car.. Thank you! More
