Amazing staff and friendly service!! Every time We pull into Kia to get our cars serviced we look forward to being greeted by Yusef. He always makes the experience amazing. He’s very kind, caring, and willing to go above and beyond to help everyone. He even holds the doors open for us and walks us inside. Everyone at Kia makes sure we are taken care of and they are always happy to help and answer any questions we may have. I can always trust them to do the right thing, I don’t have to worry about things being taken out of my car, like I do with other places. We love Kia and recommend them to everyone looking for a new car. More

"A ray of sunshine" I had an amazing experience today at the dealership. Team member Yusef Johnson was able to step in and brighten things up as he seems to always go out of his way to welcome everyone with his smile and great personality. My man was able to put a smile on my face and assured me that life could be a whole lot worse. That personal attention given from the very first moment upon entrance is very rare but you tend to have the perfect asset in place here at Kia Auto, someone who takes pride in his work. More

Not all that bad, but not all that great either. I own a 2017 Sorento & have been getting all my service done at this location. 1st off let me say that Mr. Yusef Johnson is wonderful. Always super I own a 2017 Sorento & have been getting all my service done at this location. 1st off let me say that Mr. Yusef Johnson is wonderful. Always super friendly and polite. He's a shining employee & always starts off my visit to Kia service w/ a smile. Good job Yusef! Brenda does a great job as well. In regards to the actual service , this past visit was better than usual. My only complaint is that for the 2nd visit in a row, service techs have failed to check the air to my tires! I drove away, saw my gauges, & I turned right back around (again). My invoice clearly shows that the tire air pressure was checked, but when I receive my car, it was very apparent that this was incorrect (as my PSI was around 30 in each tire, when it should be at 34). That's what bothers me. If my invoice says they performed this routine check of my tire pressure... but they did not... it makes me wonder What Else they could have overlooked & not property taken care of. Feels like negligent on the service techs part. More
