So I went to the dealership. I explained my situation and said I didn't have the right questions, but I told her which cars I liked. She showed me the cars, didn't ask if I wanted to drive one, and came back with what my payments would be for those three cars. I felt I was being dismissed. All the while, she didn't smile and went through motions. I set an appointment for the next week, and she called rhe day before the appointment and asked why I missed the appointment. I told a friend of mine that I saw a car that I really liked at the lot, but I wasn't going to go back to Honda. Fortunately, she had just purchased a car from a man who was fantastic there, who now is manager. He recommended Carlos. Carlos was fantastic! He was friendly, personable, listened to me, and was happy to let me drive the three cars. That afternoon with Carlos. I leased the car I would recommend Honda to someone if they could get Carlos as a salesperson. I'm sure there are other excellent ones, but I know now it's not worth getting one who doesn't want to work with you.
