Did not complete services that were paid for. This dealer did not complete services that were paid for. I took my 2016 MDX in for an A service and added on a tire rotation. I know that the tire This dealer did not complete services that were paid for. I took my 2016 MDX in for an A service and added on a tire rotation. I know that the tire rotation was not completed as there is a scratch on one of my rims and that rim is on the same tire that it was on when I took it in. They also did not vacuum or wash the car. It was bad weather that day so I understand not washing it, but the service person told me that they vacuumed, and they did not. I ended up having to pay almost $500 when they added a transmission service on, but the fact that they didn't complete the tire rotation makes me question whether they did any of the services I paid for. This dealer appears to be very questionable. More
