Service Manager's responses: "Unfortunately, the service advisor has no idea that the service was not completed until it is pointed out by a client which is too late" and "it is the responsibility of the client to point out what was not done by your service department". I assumed everything stated in writing on the service order would be done! Dishonest and shocking business practice! How will you confirm your tires were rotated and the correct services were completed? I am very disappointed!

Regarding your review, I want to clarify that I did not suggest that it is the responsibility of our customers to point out what is not completed by our service department. Our technicians perform the vehicle services, not the advisors; this is why your advisor was unaware of the oversight that occurred. I understand the frustration caused by this miscommunication, and I take full responsibility for this oversight and breakdown in our internal processes.
As mentioned in our private correspondence, rest assured I take this matter very seriously and have addressed the situation with our technician to ensure such lapses do not occur in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to improving our service standards based on your experience.
