I graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Business Administration and Sports Management/Marketing. After graduating I joined the Rohrman Toyota team in the summer of 2014 as a sales and leasing associate. Over the past 8 years I have been able to work with customers in numerous departments. The thing I love about the people of Lafayette is the value of relationships. Lafayette is a growing community that still values the small town values. I received a call to bring my 2016 Corolla in for recall service. Dropped my car off. Returned to pick up my daughter's car only to be told it would be 2 more hours. Called to speak with the manager. Also discussed the car is for sale. Zac offered to buy the car. I called the dealership back and requested to speak with Zac regarding the purchase of Corolla. We purchased a brand new 2021 Highlander from Chuck at Bob Rohrman Toyota in March of 2021. We set everything up over the phone and emails as I knew exactly what I wanted. Chuck kindly drove the car 2 hours south to our home at no extra charge. Everything went very smooth with the sale. Less than a month after purchasing our A/C was not working. After taking it to the local dealership, they informed us that the internal computer recognized the broken A/C at the 2 mile mark on the odometer. We did not take possession of the vehicle until after the 200 mile mark. After going round and round with both dealerships and Toyota corporate, my husband was put into contact with the General Manager, Zac Kinch at Bob Rohrman Toyota. He was the most rude and unprofessional person my husband has ever dealt with. He was the sole decision maker that refused to take any responsibility for selling us a broken vehicle, refused to offer any help in getting the issue resolved and just kept telling him we should have taken it back to Rohrman, 2 hours away from home, to get it dealt with. He did not even entertain the idea of taking the vehicle back or covering a payment while we were waiting on parts for approximately two months. Fortunately, Beck Totyota, in Greenwood, IN and Toyota Corporate were much more helpful and got our car back to us much faster than originally expected. We understand that legally, Mr. Kinch did not have to take the vehicle back or help us at all, but ethically it seems like the right thing to do. More

They tucked and padded costs in the form of coverage terms. We ordered only 36 months of coverage. They charged for 60 months and said that they made this decision for us in case we wanted to buy the ve terms. We ordered only 36 months of coverage. Also, they did not provide a bill of sale or title affidavit for the vehicle I sold them. They used fabricated codes at the cashier desk to process my payoff remainder on the vehicle I sold them, labeling it a “down payment” (fake code “1234”) instead of a payoff. They corrected these errors only after I made many phone calls, text messages, emails. Finally, they corrected the matters, when I emailed the general manager, carbon copying all involved. I will not buy from them again, and I don’t like Toyota because of them. More
