DON’T buy from here...my first online vehicle purchase & last after this experience...first it took too long to get the financing official after I had sent thousands of dollars up front for down payment, th last after this experience...first it took too long to get the financing official after I had sent thousands of dollars up front for down payment, then took lil longer for them to get truck shipped to us, truck gets to us filthy inside & out, there was personal trash including a used face mask & styrofoam cup & other trash in console, a childs school excuse in glove box, outside was dirty, wheels were black, as my husband was cleaning the truck we found the roof was scraped really bad which we were not told about it, I called talked to couple different Zachs who said sorry let me see what I can do for u, then didn’t wanna answer my texts/calls, finally was told nothing they could do but buy the truck back but not what we paid for it 😡 horrible customer care More
