Pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle We had a specific vehicle and color we were looking to purchase at a best price. Found our vehicle at Jeff Belzer's Dodge on-line with excellent pric We had a specific vehicle and color we were looking to purchase at a best price. Found our vehicle at Jeff Belzer's Dodge on-line with excellent pricing. Contacted the dealership by phone. Salesman helped us with obtaining the vehicle with the options we were looking for. The dealer's internet manager also checked with us during the process to assure things were going well and offered his assistance if we needed. My wife and I were purchasing our new car from out of state and the dealership worked to make it happen. Our salesman worked to get us the "best price" and arranged for us to purchase and pickup the vehicle within two days of coming to terms. The dealership got the credit approval, vehicle serviced, and all paperwork done in a short time. The test drive was fun. We loved the time our salesman took to explain the accessories in the car and how they work. Dealer handled out of state registration, licensing, and taxes. The dealer had a person talk with us about additional accessories we could ad to our new vehicle to make it the car of our dreams. Everyone at the dealership worked together as a team to make the our experience pleasant and made for an enjoyable 500 mile ride home in our new vehicle. Thanks! More

David was great to work with. Was patient with us and allowed us to ask questions. I buy when I’m not pushed. And less likely to buy even if it means I’ll miss out on something If it feels rushed. In fact we didn’t intend to buy when we went in just do our second to last look. But wife and I were comfortable dealing with David. So she said why not. Bob was the guy we worked with before we drove away. Was relaxed and easy going and answered all our questions. Justin was our finance guy. Very friendly. Although rate was a little higher than we were expecting he was easy to work with and did what he could to get monthly I. Our range. Even called back next day to tell us rate changed very minor but for the better. So rate aside he was great. Friendly and funny. Zach stopped over and talked to us also. Friendly. Didn’t work as much with him but certainly seemed like a nice guy and was nice he made it a point stop over during our purchase and talk to us. forgot the gentleman name that came came that helped with headliner and protection. But really liked him as well. I didn’t see his picture. not near my paperwork to look it up. But again not pushy but informative. All in all good experience. Especially David. Obviously worked him the most. More

He made sure I’m getting what I want, and most importantly broke down every number on final bill, so I had a great understanding what I’m paying for. Throughout the buying process he committed with his manager Zach who was also very helpful and willing to work with me to make my experience best possible.
