From the first mail to face to face I had a great communication with Scott Cameron. He made sure I’m getting what I want, and most importantly broke down every number on final bill, so I had a great understanding what I’m paying for. Throughout the buying process he committed with his manager Zach who was also very helpful and willing to work with me to make my experience best possible. I’m sure thankful to both Scott and Zach for making me feel safe and not taking advantage of. I’ll sure work with them in the future and strongly recommend them to my family and friends. More

A serious waste of time I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and agreed to the asking price. But the vehicle itself had an issue. After multiple days of trying to remedy I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and agreed to the asking price. But the vehicle itself had an issue. After multiple days of trying to remedy the issue of a vehicle for sale that was missing a portion of the exhaust, several email messages and phone calls later I was finally left a voice mail by Zach stating the following: "Zach Anderson here from Jeff Belzer Ford. Hey, got some great news for you here, the raptor you've been considering sold." My time is worth something and to have a message left stating that shows that Jeff Belzer does not respect my time as a customer. Because if this process and final message, I will take the time to say this, if you are not in the area near this dealership and can go elsewhere, do. After dozens of vehicle purchases over the years, this dealership process and communication ranks worst. More

Zach is the best! Had some issues with our original sales person. He was inexperienced. We had Zach Anderson as our salesman the vehicle before this.
