I’ve been a loyal Chevrolet owner my entire life — my great-grandfather even owned a Chevrolet dealership in Virginia — so it’s very disappointing to say that Southern Chevrolet did a poor job representi great-grandfather even owned a Chevrolet dealership in Virginia — so it’s very disappointing to say that Southern Chevrolet did a poor job representing the Chevrolet brand. The sales team showed little motivation to sell and continuously pressured me to finance the vehicle even though I was paying cash. The general manager and I agreed on a price, but when it came time to sign, the finance manager suddenly added unexpected costs. After hours of frustration, I reluctantly paid just to complete the process. The entire experience took over six hours and felt deceptive and exhausting. I will never purchase from Southern Chevrolet again and cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone. This dealership does not reflect the values or integrity I’ve always associated with Chevrolet. More
