The sales team showed little motivation to sell and continuously pressured me to finance the vehicle even though I was paying cash. The general manager and I agreed on a price, but when it came time to sign, the finance manager suddenly added unexpected costs. After hours of frustration, I reluctantly paid just to complete the process. The entire experience took over six hours and felt deceptive and exhausting. I will never purchase from Southern Chevrolet again and cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone. This dealership does not reflect the values or integrity I’ve always associated with Chevrolet. I didn't get to work with Colton but Daniel was amazing as was every member at the location. I ended up getting the suv I really wanted. And am super happy. And would tell anyone looking for new or used go talk to them as they will do everything to get you In a car. Everything was explained in full detail and no gimmicks are pushy sales persons here. They treat you like a friend and will ensure your completely happy before you leave. Again I highly recommend going to see them. More
