A simple flat, but the Civic Si doesn't come with a spare. Honda had picked up my car within a half hour, and Zack went far beyond my expectations keeping me apprised of the situation. I have to wait for the tire unfortunately, but Zach communicated this as professionally as possible. I had them change the oil and flush the transmission while they had it. I'm not expecting the tire until Monday but by the afternoon same day Zach had already completed everything I had asked be done. I would recommend Don Ayers Honda to anyone and everyone. I have always received great service from them. More
