He watched over us until we pulled out of the parking lot. Hands down one of the best car buying experience I've had thanks to Darren and Sun Toyota! I just Loved this dealership! Worth the hour drive from Tampa. Great employees whom were all very warm, friendly and eager to help. From my first call with Sandy in internet sales, our sales contact, Darren when we arrived, David who did our finance and even the cafe rep - all were simply amazing! Answered every one of questions, which were many! And were patient, knowledgable and very informative. The pricing was a bit high but appreciated the willingness to negotiate especially in the current car buying economy. Loved all the little extras like a CLEAN establishment and bathroom and FREE cold bottled water or fresh grounded per each cup of coffee when other Tampa dealerships are charging $2 a bottle in FL! I especially appreciated how the whole car buying experience felt as it should be - centered, individualized and tailored around us! Not like herding cattle or just seeing us as walking dollar signs, time and attention was spent on us and what we wanted and not pushing just some random vehicle on us. We very much enjoyed our time here and will most certainly bring our family back to Darren and Sun Toyota for all future car buying needs! More
