However, during the first visit, they did a mediocre job of washing/ vacuuming the car, compare to what I was accustomed to at Lexus. On my second visit last week, the cars appearance, after service, was much improved. But, they forgot to reset the digital “Maintenance Reminder” on the dash. Now, I need to make a return visit to reprogram or figure out if I can adjust, with the help of the manual... More

Amazing Experience All The Way Around! Zack Emami is the man! I came in to test drive the 2019 Toyota Avalon. First off let me say that the facility is amazing! I pulled up right to the fro Zack Emami is the man! I came in to test drive the 2019 Toyota Avalon. First off let me say that the facility is amazing! I pulled up right to the front and couldn't help but notice a huge TV encased in brick with a sitting area, right off the bat I could tell this wasn't your run of the mill dealership. As soon as I walked in the showroom I was warmly greeted and immediately introduced to Zack. We test drove the vehicle which was absolutely gorgeous while Zack walked me thru all of the bells and whistles. Zack was extremely friendly and transparent with me. As someone who has worked in the automotive industry for 18 years, this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience. More

Zack was personable, polite and actually listened to our needs and got busy finding ones that work for us. Mike got involved to work toward the best deal for our final choices. They were both straight forward and no pressure all the way through the process, which went smooth and swift. Every employee we encountered came across as genuinely friendly and ready to help. WOW!
