First of the ambience at the dealership felt so calm and inviting. We were working with Zach and from the get go he was super approachable and we hit it off. First new car in 10 years thanks to Zach! ! I originally came in to test drive the new 2026 Outback but ended up leaving in it because I felt comfortable and trusted this dealership. There ! There were no hidden fees or costs associated with the price of the vehicle, all I paid for was the vehicle and mandatory state fees. Zach and the team made it worthwhile getting a new vehicle. There was no back and forth just straight up honesty. I will be doing business with this dealership for all my services and will refer my friends to Sport Subaru. More

Today (4/12/2026) we went to Don Mealey Sport Subaru at John Young to check out one of their BRZ's that they had in stock and upon arriving Zach Gaskill greeted us, and right away clicked with us. Not only John Young to check out one of their BRZ's that they had in stock and upon arriving Zach Gaskill greeted us, and right away clicked with us. Not only he was super attentive, but fun and insanely helpful with the whole transition since we ended up getting the car. If you end up going, and Zach's there just know you're in great hands. I had a good experience, but believe it could have been better. The CarFax report on the vehicle had indicated a small damage on the right side. Otherwise, the 2025 Forester was in great shape and had <30K better. The CarFax report on the vehicle had indicated a small damage on the right side. Otherwise, the 2025 Forester was in great shape and had <30K miles. I caught the scratch on the right side door (which had been repaired), and was almost unnoticeable. I was pleased to have seen what appeared to be the entire damage, and the sales rep shared it had been repaired. However, I didn’t see the more heavily scratched front right tire fender flare. When I came outside to take a look at the car, all four doors had been propped open, so I wouldn’t have been able to see it, anyway. That was disappointing because I had already stated I didn’t mind a small scratch. I honestly wish they would have pointed to this bigger scratch on the hubcap, instead of seeing it when I already had the car home. Realizing this, ruined the experience a bit because it could have been easily highlighted when I had seen the other scratch on the body itself. 😏 More
